1. the late reveal. if your product runs on ai, never lead with it. a field test on 6,200 real customers cut sales by almost 80% when the machine got named before the pitch, and the penalty vanished when it got named after. let the work land first, then tell him no human made it. the reveal becomes the twist instead of the warning label.
2. the worth switch. a price shown first drops the brain into “is it worth it.” the product shown first drops it into “do i want it.” selling a bargain or a stack, put the price early and pile the worth on top of it. selling a transformation, build the want all the way and let the price land dead last.
